Add colour notes to your job and we'll work to them, and we can send a proof before a full run. Slight variation between screen and printed fabric is normal, which is exactly why we proof.

Both. Choose collection or delivery when you submit. For deliveries we generate a courier waybill and you get a tracking number you can follow from your account.
Minimums and pricing depend on the fabric, print method and run length, so they're confirmed when we quote your job. Submit your details and we'll come back with a price before anything goes into production.
We can print on a wide range of fabrics we stock, or on fabric you supply, just let us know in your job notes. Client-supplied fabric needs to be suitable for printing; we'll test first where it matters.
You'll receive an invoice for your order, viewable in your client portal. Unless agreed otherwise, production or collection may be subject to payment. Online card payment is coming later, for now it's EFT.
If something is wrong with our printing against your approved proof, we'll put it right. Issues from supplied artwork, an approved proof, or normal colour variation aren't covered, see our terms & production policy for the detail.
