Delivery & collection

Collect from our studio in Brentwood Park, Benoni, once we let you know your job is ready. Collection is free.

We deliver across South Africa with The Courier Guy. The delivery charge is added at checkout and appears on your invoice. Once your job is dispatched you'll get the tracking details.

Delivery times are the courier's estimates and start once your job is dispatched, not when you order. Production starts after payment is confirmed (or as agreed on your account terms) and your artwork is approved.

Risk passes to you on collection or when the parcel is handed to the courier. If a parcel arrives damaged, note it on the courier's delivery record, take photos and email us the same day so we can claim from the courier.
