• Your name, company, email address and phone number.
• Delivery addresses, order details and invoices.
• The artwork files you upload.
• Payment confirmations from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

To process and deliver your orders, send invoices, statements and order updates, keep our business and tax records, and answer your questions. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

Your files stay private to your account and our staff. They're used only to print your orders and to let you reorder them. We don't share or reuse your designs.

Only the service providers needed to run your order: our payment provider, the courier (name, phone and delivery address), and our hosting, storage and email providers, all of which must keep it confidential.

For as long as you have an account, and invoices and order records for as long as the law requires (usually five years).

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information (subject to the records we must keep by law) by emailing us. You can update your details yourself under Account in the client portal. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator.
